PiggyTask Terms of Service

By creating an account, browsing the website, accessing our mobile interfaces, or completing any programmatic tasks on PiggyTask, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service, our Privacy Policy, and all applicable domestic and international regulations.

To register and earn on PiggyTask, you represent and warrant that:

• You are at least 18 years of age. If you are between 16 and 17 years old, you may only register and use PiggyTask with the verified consent and supervision of a parent or legal guardian, who must accept these Terms on your behalf. You may not register if you are under 16 years of age.
• You possess the full legal capacity to enter into a binding contract and are not prohibited from receiving funds under international sanctions, anti-money laundering (AML) laws, or local banking statutes.
• You will maintain accurate, complete, and truthful account profile information at all times.

To maintain transparency with global advertising partners and safeguard our revenue-sharing model, PiggyTask strictly enforces a One Person, One Account policy:

• Single Account Restriction: Each individual user is permitted to hold, operate, and withdraw from exactly one PiggyTask account. Multiple accounts operated by the same person, household device clustering for self-referrals, or duplicate registrations will be immediately terminated.
• Credential Security: You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login password, email access, and two-factor credentials. Any activity conducted under your account is deemed your own.
• Non-Transferability: Accounts, balances, VIP experience levels, and referral chains cannot be bought, sold, assigned, transferred, or shared with third parties under any circumstances.

PiggyTask partners with licensed international market research firms, app developers, and advertising networks to provide monetization opportunities. When you complete tasks, the following conditions apply:

• Authentic Responses: When taking market research surveys, you must provide thoughtful, honest, and accurate answers. Speeding through questionnaires, clicking randomly, using answer generators, or giving conflicting demographic answers will result in survey disqualification.
• Offer Fulfillment Criteria: App downloads, game trials, and service registrations are verified directly by the respective advertiser. To qualify, you must be a first-time user of the advertised app and fulfill the exact in-app milestones (e.g. reach Level 15) without using modified APKs or emulator manipulation.
• Pending Verification Times: While micro-tasks and short surveys credit instantly, certain high-value offerwall tasks (e.g., banking apps or complex games) may undergo an EST verification period of 24 to 72 hours as required by the advertising sponsor to confirm non-fraudulent completion.
• Advertiser Chargebacks: If an advertising network reverses an offer due to proven fraud, emulation, or violation of their terms, PiggyTask reserves the right to deduct the corresponding credit from your balance.

Unlike legacy reward sites that obfuscate user earnings through confusing "points" or fluctuating gems, PiggyTask operates on a Direct Fiat & Cryptocurrency Covenant:

• Transparent Value: All task earnings, referral bonuses, and balances are displayed in real, spendable currency (USD or standard USD equivalent). You earn actual cash for actual completed work.
• Minimum Withdrawal Threshold: You may initiate a payout the moment your verified balance reaches $1.00. There are no artificial ceilings or mandatory wait times before your first payout request.

PiggyTask provides a transparent referral structure allowing earners to introduce friends and followers to the platform:

• No Deduction to Referred Earners: Referral commissions are paid 100% out of PiggyTask's operating revenue. Your invited peers receive their full 100% task earnings with zero deductions.
• Permitted Promotion: You may share your referral link and promo code on personal social media, personal blogs, YouTube tutorials, and community chat channels with authentic explanations of how the platform works.
• Prohibited Referral Practices: Spamming unsolicited messages, placing referral links inside paid Google/Facebook Search ads bidding on PiggyTask trademarks, creating deceptive earning claims (e.g. "Earn $1,000/hr doing nothing"), or creating puppet accounts under your own link is strictly prohibited.

Users accepted into the Global Ambassador Program (AP for 2027) represent the highest tier of leadership on PiggyTask and must adhere to strict ethical guidelines:

• Ambassador Roles: AP appointments are granted under specific categories: Campus Lead (university onboarding), Community Moderator (chat room operations and hygiene), Content Creator (video tutorials and reviews), and Regional Partner (territory growth and events).
• Monthly Retainer Terms: Leadership retainers are performance-based grants disbursed on the 1st of every month. Ambassadors must maintain active community engagement and meet their designated role milestones to remain in good standing.
• Code of Representation: Ambassadors must never present themselves as corporate executives with legal power of attorney for PiggyTask. Ambassadors may not solicit private deposits, run unauthorized investment schemes, or charge peers money for PiggyTask onboarding tutorials.
• Revocation: PiggyTask reserves the right to terminate an Ambassador appointment with immediate effect if the representative engages in harassment, promotes fraudulent schemes, or acts contrary to platform community guidelines.

To maintain advertiser trust and protect honest earners, PiggyTask enforces zero tolerance against abusive behavior. Any of the following actions constitutes a material breach of these Terms:

• VPN, Proxy & IP Masking: Using Virtual Private Networks (VPNs), Tor browsers, commercial proxies, or residential IP rotation services to disguise your true geographic location or bypass country-specific task limitations.
• Emulators & Virtual Machines: Using Bluestacks, Nox, Android emulators, headless browsers, or device-farm virtualization software to execute app installs or simulate human activity.
• Bots, Scripts & Auto-Clickers: Deploying automated scripts, macro recorders, bot networks, or third-party auto-fillers to complete tasks, click survey radio buttons, or watch video streams unattended.
• Identity Spoofing: Providing false KYC documents, falsifying national identity details, or entering forged personal information during verification.
• Platform Exploitation: Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or timing attacks in task verification routines rather than responsibly reporting them to our security desk.

We want you to keep and enjoy your hard-earned funds. To prevent abandoned database storage and comply with financial accounting guidelines:

• Active Status: An account is deemed active as long as you log in, complete at least one task, or make a referral once every 180 consecutive days.
• Inactivity Notification: If your account experiences 150 days of inactivity, we will send an automated reminder to your registered email address alerting you to log in.
• Dormant Accounts: Accounts with zero activity for over 180 consecutive days may be designated dormant. If an account remains abandoned for over 365 days after repeated notice, accumulated unclaimed balances may be recycled into community reward pools.

PiggyTask integrates offerwalls, survey engines, and third-party advertising APIs provided by independent entities (e.g. BitLabs, CPX Research, Monlix, AdGate, etc.):

• Independent Terms: Interacting with third-party apps, surveys, or off-site sponsor websites is subject to the privacy policies and terms of those respective providers.
• No Endorsement: The inclusion of an app or service on an offerwall does not constitute an official product endorsement by PiggyTask. Users should exercise normal digital hygiene when registering on external services.
• Dispute Resolution with Providers: While PiggyTask customer support assists in investigating missing task credits, the final qualification decision on complex game milestones rests with the third-party advertiser's verification tracking.

All software, logos, trademarks, graphic interfaces, website design, copywriting, and proprietary algorithms comprising PiggyTask are the exclusive intellectual property of PiggyTask and its licensors.

Subject to your strict compliance with these Terms, PiggyTask grants you a limited, non-exclusive, revocable, non-transferable license to access the platform solely for your personal, non-commercial earning use. You may not decompile, reverse-engineer, scrape, mirror, or extract platform code or proprietary rate data without prior written authorization.

"As-Is" Provision: The PiggyTask platform, task inventory, and payout services are provided on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied.

No Income Guarantee: PiggyTask is a digital micro-earning platform providing supplemental earnings for completed tasks. We do not represent or warrant that using the platform constitutes employment, guaranteed full-time income, or an investment instrument.

Limitation of Damages: To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, PiggyTask and its directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, punitive, or consequential damages resulting from platform downtime, service interruptions, or third-party advertiser failures.

We believe in mutual respect and partnership. If you believe your account was mistakenly flagged by automated anti-fraud sensors, you have a direct right to human review:

• Notice of Dispute: Submit a ticket via our Support Desk with your registered email, username, and explanation of task completion.
• EST: 48-Hour Review: Our dedicated Operations & Fraud Review Desk investigates all submitted appeals within 48 business hours.
• Resolution: If our manual review confirms legitimate activity, your account status and pending credits will be fully restored with immediate effect.
